This passport is your guide to experiencing the wonderful outdoors in the San Luis Valley. Coronavirus has changed our lives as we know it, but thankfully, we can still go outside and have fun!
It is your summer mission to get outside and do as many passport activities as possible. In the passport pages you will collect stamps or parent/guardian signatures to confirm your participation in various activities. Some activities you will do on your own with your family, while other activities will be organized activities around Alamosa or online Zoom sessions.
At the end of the summer, turn in your passport at the Alamosa Public Library or the Alamosa Family Recreation Center.
There will be prizes for those who collect the most stamps and a drawing for various fun items from Kristi Mountain Sports for anyone who has at least 12 stamps.
We promise that if you participate in at least 5 different activities once, you will win something!
Passports must be turned in by Friday, October 30th. There will be a live Zoom drawing held on Friday, November 6th at 5:00pm. Winners that are not present will be notified by phone or mail.
Oh, and while you are out and about exploring the outdoors, we want to see pictures of your fun! Tag “City of Alamosa Activities” in your pictures on Facebook. There will be special prizes for the most social media savvy adventurers.
