2021 Weekends on the Rio Passport Program

Get your FREE Activity Passport from the Alamosa Family Rec Center Today!

This passport is your guide to experiencing the wonderful outdoors in the San Luis Valley.

It is your summer mission to get outside and do as many passport activities as possible. In the following pages you will collect stamps or parent/guardian signatures to confirm you participated. Some activities you will do on your own with your family, while other activities will be organized activities around Alamosa. Visit www.alamosarec.org and follow “City of Alamosa Activities” on Facebook to stay connected to the schedule of summer programs.

At the end of the summer, turn in your passport at the Alamosa Public Library or the Alamosa Family Recreation Center.

There will be prizes for those who collect the most stamps and a drawing for various fun items from Kristi Mountain Sports for anyone who has at least 12 stamps.

We promise that if you participate in at least 5 different activities once, you will win something!

Passports must be turned in by Friday, October 29th. There will be a prize drawing on Friday, November 5th and participants will be notified via phone or email.

Oh, and while you are out and about exploring the outdoors, we want to see pictures of your fun! Tag “City of Alamosa Activities” in your pictures on Facebook. There will be special prizes for the most social media savvy adventurers.

Good luck and happy trails!
