HIIT in the Park will alternate between two classes:
Forged Fit 
is a varying functional movement class performed at your intensity. Movements are designed to help individuals perform at their best in many different situations. The class is open to all levels from beginners to skilled athletes. Programming is completely scalable, and coaches are ready to meet your needs.
Circuit Express

Is a full-body workout performed at your intensity that may include movements such as burpees, box jumps, pull-ups, push-ups, kettlebells and much more! Keep your body guessing with this intense workout that is never the same! All Levels Welcome!
